* To modify a reservation, you have two options:
If you would like to extend your stay, simply make a second reservation for the extra night(s) required. When you arrive at your hotel and check in, explain to the receptionist that you have two separate bookings. By doing this, you will avoid having to pay any cancellation fees for cancelling your first booking.
If you would like to shorten your stay or cancel, then you will have to either call our customer service center, or cancel your booking online and then make a new booking. To cancel your booking online, click here.

* If you would like extra information about the properties, or are enquiring about parking facilities, breakfast, or transportation, unfortunately we will not be able to help as everything we know is already on the website. We handle hotel reservations for thousands of hotels worldwide and all the information that we have at our disposal is displayed on our website. We will not be able to provide you with any extra information.

If you would like to know the availability and price of a property, please do this online. You will get the most up-to-date availability and prices. Although our customer service center is there to help you 24hours a day, by booking on the telephone you will not have access to the photos, maps, and other useful information that can be found only online.
